Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with GitHub, your name and avatar. When you use DeadPing, we process HTTP pings from your scheduled tasks. These pings contain a check ID, timestamp, and source IP address.

How we use your data

Your email is used for account authentication and sending alert notifications (monitor down/recovery). We never send marketing emails without your consent. Ping data is used solely to determine monitor status and display history in your dashboard.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or share your personal data. We use the following third-party services to operate DeadPing:

• Supabase – authentication and database hosting
• Stripe – payment processing
• Resend – transactional email delivery
• Vercel – application hosting

Data retention

Ping history is retained based on your plan (24 hours for Free, 90 days for Pro). Account data is retained until you delete your account.

Data deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting hello@deadping.io. We will process deletion requests within 48 hours.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or fingerprinting.
